Identity Security Cloud - Workflows

Workflows now has an Update Variable Operator. This allows users to alter existing variables using operators, number transforms, and date transforms. For more information, refer to the Update Variable operator documentation.

Identity Security Cloud - Search, Workflows

Workflow History and Lifecycle Events will now be available in Search. For more information, refer to Searching Workflows History.

Additionally, the workflows page has a new Manager tab for the workflows list and a new Executions tab that contains a list of executions across all of your org’s workflows.

Executions for a particular workflow can be found by selecting a workflow from the list and navigating to the Executions tab in the sidebar. Refer to Managing Workflows for more information.

Identity Security Cloud - Platform

A new template rendering utility is available to customers for all V2 templates allowing the retrieval of any Identity’s details when provided an Identity ID (or list of IDs).

These utilities can be referenced in the following ways:

• Single Identity: $__util.getIdentityDetailsByID($someIdentityId)
• Multiple Identities: $__util.getMultipleIdentitiesDetailsByID($id1, $id2) or $__util.getMultipleIdentitiesDetailsByID($myIdList)

Identity Security Cloud - Identity Graph

Users now receive a message stating no search results were found when their search query returns 0 results.

Connectivity - RACF Connector

The RACF connector now supports z/OS 3.2.

Connectivity - Collaboration Platform Integrations

SailPoint for Slack and SailPoint Gov for Slack can now be configured to display a custom list of fields on the View Details page for approvals. This feature works in conjunction with the My Approvals enhanced details feature in the Slack tenant, which must be enabled. For more information, refer to Customizing the Approval Details List on the SailPoint for Slack or SailPoint Gov for Slack documentation.

Identity Security Cloud - Workflows

Workflows is introducing Activity Output Trimming, which automatically reduces workflow payload sizes by keeping only the data your workflow references in later steps. This improves performance, reduces data transfer, and makes execution history easier to read, without requiring changes to existing workflows. Users can select additional data to retain for their own logging or because external applications are dependent on the additional output.

SaaS Connectors - Slack SaaS

The Slack SaaS connector now provisions groups to users without the NullPointerException error.
