SaaS Release Notes - November 21, 2025

Connectivity - Dynamics 365 - BC

Your VA-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online source can now be migrated to a corresponding SaaS source while ensuring data (users and entitlements) remain intact and maintains your source configurations like access profiles, roles, password settings, and correlation configurations. For more information, refer to Migrate VA-based Source to a SaaS Source.

Identity Security Cloud - User Levels

Identity Security Cloud admins now have the ability to group finer-grained permissions to create custom user levels. Using custom user levels that precisely define what users are able to see and do within the admin UI makes it easier to assign permissions with least privilege. Refer to Custom User Levels for more information.

Data Access Security

Task Details information within Data Access Security has been updated to provide additional visibility detailing when the information displayed has last been updated. This will be made visible underneath the title of the task in the Task Details overlay screen.

Identity Security Cloud - Platform

The default sign-off name for SailPoint email templates has been changed to Identity Security Cloud.

Identity Security Cloud - Segmentation

Administrators can now use entitlement metadata attributes within the build criteria when building data segments. Refer to Build Criteria for Objects.

Connectivity - PeopleSoft Direct

The Oracle PeopleSoft ERP connector now supports PeopleTools 8.62 version.

Identity Security Cloud - Sources and Account Management

The IDNRuleUtil methods have been updated to use the source ID as the primary identifier instead of the application name. Backward compatibility is maintained, but using the application name is now deprecated and rule authors should use the source ID when referencing applications within rules.

SaaS Connectors - SAP IBP SaaS

The SAP Integrated Business Planning SaaS integration has been enhanced to support Permission Filters associated with user identities for granular access control and management. For more information, refer to Supported Features.

Identity Security Cloud - Work Reassignment / Management

Fixed a pagination issue for the List reassignment configurations API to ensure accurate results.

Identity Security Cloud - Search

ISCRP-4745

Fixed an issue where updates to transforms were not being included in Search results. You can find these events using the event names CREATE_TRANSFORM, UPDATE_TRANSFORM, and DELETE_TRANSFORM.

Connectivity - JDBC

CONETN-5216

The JDBC connector can now support the waitTimeAfterProvision attribute in a Before rule for provisioning operations for single account aggregation. This enables you to configure a delay before a getObject call to avoid timeout errors.
