Identity Security Cloud - Access Requests

All built-in Identity Security Cloud user levels are now reflected as entitlements belonging to the IdentityNow source, which automatically exists in all tenants. You can make the user levels requestable, set approval requirements, and add them to roles and access profiles as needed to let users request them or have them auto-assigned to their identities.

Identity Security Cloud - Access Requests

Access request recommendations now include recommendations for entitlements, in addition to roles and access profiles. Entitlement recommendations are based on an analysis of access held by a user’s peers – people who share their same job title, department, manager, or location – as well as users whose access is otherwise similar to theirs. This release also applies a color change to the Recommended badge on access items, from green to purple, aligning with the color scheme used for other AI-backed features in Identity Security Cloud.
