SaaS Connectors

SailPoint is pleased to announce the availability of the new SAP Ariba SaaS connector.

Workflows

Workflows is proud to announce an enhancement to our Send Email action. We have added a Rich Text Editor (RTE) to the email “Body” that simplifies configuration for email text. This RTE enables admins to configure rich emails without the need to include the html formatting tags. We still support the use of Inline Variables and Velocity templating. Existing actions will not be affected.

The RTE editor includes:

• Italic text
• Underline
• Strikethrough
• Sizing
• Indentation options
• Spacing options
• Bulleting
• Text Colors
• Background Colors
• Code Samples
• URL Linking

Connectivity - EPIC

The Epic SER connector can now aggregate multivalued attributes.

Connectivity - DPR

Desktop Password Reset 20.0.4 provides essential fixes and stability, while ensuring forward compatibility with upcoming changes to our Password Management solution. This release addresses issues related to corporate off-network password resets and the ability to change the language of the restricted browser. It also includes updates related to the latest Chromium Engine Framework. For deprecated versions, .exe file, and release details, refer to our DPR Compass page.

Workflows

Fixed an issue in the Form Submitted trigger where the filtering was not working when only filtering based on the name of a form in the Form to Filter field, causing the workflow to initiate upon submission of any form. If any additional filters had been applied for any attributes within the form, those filters were working correctly.

If you have a workflow with the Form Submitted trigger and the only filter used is the Form to Filter field, you will need to follow the steps below to correct this issue.

All new workflows using the Form Submitted trigger will include the fix.

Steps for existing workflows:

1. If the workflow is enabled, disable the workflow.
2. Open the Workflow by selecting Edit in Builder.
3. Delete the existing Form Submitted trigger. You may see some validation errors.
4. Add a new Form Submitted trigger from the left pane and re-link it to the appropriate step. This action dismisses any validation errors.
5. In the Form Submitted trigger filter configuration panel, select the desired form name from the Form to Filter drop down menu.
6. Save the workflow.
7. Re-enable the workflow if it was originally enabled.
