Identity Security Cloud is SailPoint's next-generation identity security solution. It encompasses and builds on features and functions from IdentityNow. The release notes cover both Identity Security Cloud and IdentityNow features.
New features

IDN Provisioning | IdentityNow now creates an event to record the completion status (passed/failed) of a manually-initiated attribute sync for a source, whether it is started from the user interface button or through a call to the bulk sync API endpoint. |
Connectivity - Azure AD | The Azure Active Directory connector now supports reading and writing Azure Multi-Factor Authentication attributes required for different authentication methods. Connectivity - Delinea - Secret Server (Onprem) | SailPoint introduces the new Delinea Secret Server On-Premises connector for IdentityNow. |
Connectivity - SAP GRC | Enabling and disabling accounts is now possible for all GRC-connected systems, and is no longer limited to only the master system. This enhancement allows for deeper governance and cleaner audit capabilities for customers and users. |
