Identity Security Cloud is SailPoint's next-generation identity security solution. It encompasses and builds on features and functions from IdentityNow. The release notes cover both Identity Security Cloud and IdentityNow features.

New features

IDN Access Certification IDN Access Request IDN Provisioning	SailPoint has added work reassignment to IdentityNow, allowing users, administrators, and managers to configure automated reassignment of access request review, certifications, and manual provisioning tasks. With this feature, you can permanently redirect work for users who should not be assigned these tasks at all, such as senior executives or service identities, and you can set up temporary redirection for users who are out of the office on vacation or sick leave. For more details, refer to the user documentation or admin documentation or consult the work reassignment FAQ.

Connectivity	SailPoint’s ServiceNow Catalog App for IdentityNow Store Version: 2.3.29 has been certified compatible for the latest version of ServiceNow Utah. This is in addition to “SailPoint for Service Desk” Store Version 1.0.8 and “SailPoint Identity Governance Connector” Store Version 1.0.6 which were already certified for the Utah version of ServiceNow. Customers using the latest version of SailPoint apps do not require any changes while upgrading to Utah.
IDN Provisioning	IdentityNow now records an audit event, with the name Manual Attribute Sync Started, when an administrator initiates attribute sync for a source manually through the user interface or when the synchronize source API endpoint is invoked.
IDN Provisioning	Execution of a single-account aggregation from an identity’s Accounts tab now generates an audit event. Successful events are recorded with the name Aggregate Source Account Passed and failures are recorded as Aggregate Source Account Failed.
Integrations	Admins can now enable or restrict access types that can be requested through the SailPoint for Slack app.

Connectivity - REST WebServices Connector	In the Web Service Connector, the Key and Value fields in the Headers configuration are now optional and can be left blank when configuring an HTTP Operation.
