Identity Security Cloud is SailPoint's next-generation identity security solution. It encompasses and builds on features and functions from IdentityNow. The release notes cover both Identity Security Cloud and IdentityNow features.

New features

AI Access Insights

Enablement of Outlier Scores and Contextual Insights started for all customers on January 23, 2023. This enablement start date was moved from the initial date of January 9. If these features are already enabled, there will be no impact to your environment. As we enable customers, there may be 0 count scores for a few days while data is being processed.

Connectivity - Workday Accounts

The Workday connector now supports the aggregation of worker accounts associated with future hires.

IDN Provisioning

Added protection against cyclical attribute sync provisioning by preventing the sync of the same new value over the same previous value multiple times in a short time period. Cyclical sync typically arises when the data representations between the IdentityNow identity attribute and the target system’s account attribute are incompatible, such as a text case or date format mismatch.

Connectivity - SAP

The SAP Direct Connector is redesigned to use RFC_READ_TABLE according to SAP recommendations for enhanced security and technology adoption. The connector now uses a SAP-certified function module to support the documented use cases.
