Production release notes - July 4, 2022

Identity Security Cloud is SailPoint's next-generation identity security solution. It encompasses and builds on features and functions from IdentityNow. The release notes cover both Identity Security Cloud and IdentityNow features.

The ServiceNow IdentityNow Service Catalog version 2.3.25 contains the following updates:

  • Added Entitlement Access Request functionality. This includes: The option to enable or disable the ability to search and request Entitlements The option to configure an additional query for the the entitlement queries
  • Added Separation of Duties functionality. This includes: Added option to disable or control the sensitivity for the Separation of Duties functionality
  • When requesting access, during user selection, the requester is the first listed person. Additional users are listed in alphabetical order after the requester.
  • Stabilization and bug-fixes

AI Access Modeling

IdentityNow Access Modeling admins now have the option to include identities when automatically creating roles from potential roles. Newly created roles that include identities are saved in an enabled, requestable state and thus simplify the process of creating roles that add immediate value to an organization’s access model. Users that request the new role must be approved by the role owner.

Cloud Access Management

Removed the Changes section to focus on capturing unused access of cloud resources.
