Identity Security Cloud is SailPoint's next-generation identity security solution. It encompasses and builds on features and functions from IdentityNow. The release notes cover both Identity Security Cloud and IdentityNow features.
New features

AI Access Insights | Identity outliers that were previously ignored will now be redetected as outliers if their entitlements significantly change. Identities redetected as outliers will reappear in the Identity Outliers list so their access can be re-evaluated. |

Connectivity - ServiceNow SDIM - UI | The ServiceNow Service Desk source now supports adding a custom field for ticket creation to support RITM (request item) as a child of the request to be completed in the ServiceNow managed system. Go to Configure > Ticket Creation and select Add Field. For Field Type select Single, in the Name field enter track_ritm, and in the Value field enter true. |
Integrations | You can now receive Slack notifications for Separation of Duties alerts. If an access request violates internal policies, requestors are notified, and reviewers will be alerted and given a message detailing the violation. If your organization is using Slack with IdentityNow, Separation of Duties alerts are automatically added. Refer to SailPoint for Slack for details on how to integrate your Slack workspace with IdentityNow. |
