You will have the ability to retake your Knowledge Credential exam.

• Identity Security Professional - 2 attempts included
• Identity Security Expert - 2 attempts included

If you would like an additional attempt, you will have to request this by emailing training-help@sailpoint.com and there will be a fee associated with the additional attempt.
