It’s a busy time at SailPoint! We’re pleased to announce more enhancements to Identity Security Cloud. We’re launching exciting new Identity Security Cloud features that continue to articulate our dedication to market-leading innovation. These new releases help customers maintain least privileged access and a robust identity security posture with capabilities that promote more flexibility, control, and automation for managing and optimizing critical identity data.

Here’s an overview:

  • Human Account deletion customers now will have the ability to delete accounts directly from the UI and workflows, not just disable them upon user termination, reducing friction.
  • Role Change Propagation allows users to configure ISC so that when access rights are removed from a role or access profile, corresponding access assignments are removed from users who have the role or access profile assigned.
  • Support for multiple owners for access items delivers the ability to designate more than one individual user as the owner of critical access items, providing an accepted best practice for identity and access security.
  • Access Profile metadata searchability: Customers are now able to search for all access items (access profiles, roles, and entitlements) based on metadata.
  • Activity insights data in certs recommendations customers believe that the primary indicator of whether an entitlement should be certified or revoked is if the entitlement was used. This enhancement provides activity data in our recommendations to reviewers in Identity Security Cloud.
  • Access request recommendations explainability Users tend to trust AI recommendations more when they can understand the reasons the recommendations were made. We have added entitlement recommendations to access request recommendations.
  • Time bound access This enhancement introduces three new configuration options for access requests: mandatory end dates, maximum duration and start dates. Administrators can define, per requestable item, whether an end date is required and constrain the allowable access period in hours, days, weeks, or months.

We don’t slow down when it comes to innovation; that’s especially true when it comes to the depth and breadth of capabilities in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. It's all gas, no brakes. Visit the Release Notes for more details on the latest features.
