Secure Data Share for Azure and Google Cloud Platform

Problem

When Secure Data Share was launched in 2023, the solution supported AWS. Secure Data Share (SDS) makes SailPoint’s identity data available directly to customers via their Snowflake account. Customers can then use their Business Intelligence (BI) tool of choice (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) to manipulate, analyze and present the data. Over time, we have had numerous requests to support other Cloud platforms

Solution

Many customers use more than one Cloud provider and have existing relationships with hyperscalers other than AWS. With this release, we are expanding Secure Data Share capability to now include Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver identity data directly to customer’s Snowflake instance for advanced visualization, manipulation and reporting. Identity Security Cloud Business and Business Plus customers can now leverage SDS for reporting with their BI tool of choice.

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Business and Business Plus customers can now purchase Secure Data Share and leverage their investment in Azure or Google Cloud Platform for enhanced reporting and visualization with their Snowflake instance.
