Restoring improved performance to /api/profiles; new response limits

Non-Employee Risk Management will restore the performance improvements made to /api/profiles that had previously been rolled back.

This will improve the response times for GET calls made to /api/profiles.

The default limit for responses will be 100, but users will be able to modify that limit up to a maximum of 500. Calls with a limit set to >500 will result in an error.

These updates will be enabled Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024
