New SaaS Connectors - Coupa SaaS, Oracle ERP Cloud (SaaS) and GoToMeeting SaaS are now LIVE!

Hello Everyone,

We are super excited to announce the rolled out of new SailPoint SaaS connectors in the Identity Security Cloud as following-

  • Coupa SaaS
  • Oracle ERP Cloud SaaS
  • GoToMeeting SaaS

These SaaS Connectors do not require a Virtual Appliance to run and provide SaaS-SaaS connectivity for Coupa, Oracle ERP Cloud and GoToMeeting systems.

Coupa SaaS Connector

  • The SailPoint Coupa SaaS connector securely connects to the Coupa system and provides the governance capabilities of accounts. Along with the entire account life cycle, the Coupa connector manages the Groups, User-Groups, Content-Groups, Account-Groups and Approval-Groups membership as entitlements.
  • High-level capabilities:
    • Account Management
      • Manage Coupa users as Accounts
      • Aggregate and refresh accounts
      • Aggregate and update custom attributes
      • Account filters
      • Create, update, enable, and disable accounts
      • Add or remove entitlements
      • Manage an account’s user groups, content groups, account groups, and approval group memberships as entitlements
    • Entitlement Management
      • Manage Coupa roles as entitlements

Oracle ERP Cloud (SaaS) Connector

  • The SailPoint Oracle ERP Cloud (SaaS) connector securely connects with the Oracle ERP system and provides governance capabilities for the Oracle ERP Cloud users.
  • This connector supports following modules of Oracle ERP system-
    • Financial Management
    • Project Management
    • Procurement
    • Risk Management
  • High-level capabilities:
    • Account Management
      • Aggregate users
      • Aggregate abstract, data, and job roles as entitlement
      • Aggregate Data Access associated to users
      • Create, Update
      • Enable, Disable
      • Add / Remove Entitlement
      • Change Password
      • Access Certifications (certification of entitlements connected to accounts)
    • Entitlement Management
      • Manages roles as entitlements

GoToMeeting SaaS Connector

  • The SailPoint GoToMeeting SaaS connector securely connects with the GoToMeeting system and provides governance capabilities for the GoToMeeting users.
  • High-level capabilities:
    • Account Management
      • Manage GoToMeeting Users (excludes invited accounts) as Account
      • Aggregate, Refresh Accounts
      • Create, Update
      • Add / Remove Entitlements
      • Access certifications (certification of entitlements connected to accounts)
    • Entitlement Management
      • Manage GoToMeeting Groups as Entitlements
      • Aggregate
