New Desktop Password Reset for Windows 20.0.2

We are excited to announce our new application for Desktop Password Reset(DPR) for Windows.

SailPoint's Desktop Password Reset allows end users to access any web-based password management solution and change their password - even if they have forgotten their password or are locked out of their computer. Changing the password will reset the user’s password and all the connected accounts on different Managed Systems. SailPoint strongly recommends using SailPoint's Password Management solution with this application as it is specially designed to ensure the security of the system.

The Desktop Password Reset version 20.0.2 ensures compatibility with the updated Password Management solution and addresses several known issues, and it upgrades the Chromium engine framework to the latest version.

P.S. As per our support policy, the older version(s) are supported for the next 90 days from this announcement, which is up to 15th April 2024. We request you kindly upgrade to the latest version of our application for seamless support and to take advantage of the new functionality and further upgrades.
