New Capability: New Resources Tab Experience!

We’re excited to announce the launch of the new experience of Data Access Security’s Resources Tab!

The new user experience delivers Data Access Security in depths insights through a new user interface, with streamlined navigation, interactive charts, quick-links, and enhanced search experience.

New Capabilities

Resource Navigator - The new Resource Tree Navigator enables Administrators and Data Owners view all the data assets within their purview. Applications are now grouped by type, and enhanced performance deliver quicker, smoother navigation.

Resource Search - Advance search capabilities include scoped searches and additional context in search result, to quickly and easily identify resources of interest

Permissions Views - With new and improved insights visualization, including highlighting stale unused access, overexposure indication and excessive access views with usage heat maps.

Data Analysis Views - Providing heat maps for detecting stale data to identify areas with clustered of unused data, that can be removed to reduce attack surface, and data analysis views detailing the distribution of data assets based on data types, classification categories, content type and size, so administrators and owners can better understand their data landscape.

Data Ownership Views - Quickly an easily identify existing data owners as well as ownership candidates based on the type of actions they perform and visualized usage. Enable ownership inheritance, or set new owners for data assets that belong to different business units.
