Maintenance: Scheduled Database Updates for Data Access Security

Starting Monday, June 22nd, 2026 and ending Monday, June 29th, 2026 we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the backend database infrastructure that supports the Data Access Security (DAS) component for your IdentityNow tenant. The update is expected to take between 15 and 30 minutes per region and will occur primarily between the hours of 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM UTC.
The following DAS functionality will be impacted:
- Accounts and entitlements aggregation and synchronization from ISC to DAS
- DAS activity processing from its connected applications
- DAS task management
While some customers may experience a brief outage of service for these features, most should not see any impact on their instance.
Please submit a support ticket through the Customer Support Portal if you notice any technical issues after the maintenance window closes.
