In addition, Privileged Task Automation provides a new interface where users can launch Privileged Tasks. This centralized repository stores and manages privileged tasks, ensuring complete visibility, version control, and governance. Users can initiate a new task and check the state of tasks In Progress and Recently Completed. This centralization improves oversight and enhances security by minimizing the risk of unauthorized changes or duplication of tasks.

Delegating routine privileged tasks to broader IT staff or business users, rather than concentrating them solely within IT operations, significantly reduces bottlenecks and improves overall efficiency.
