Important Notice: FAM 8.4 SP4 Corrected Service Pack and Fix to be Available Soon

Dear FAM Customer,

We recently identified an issue in FAM 8.4 SP4 release related to the .NET 8 migration. This issue impacts the communication among FAM Services.

As a precautionary measure, we are temporarily taking down FAM 8.4 SP4 to address these concerns. If you have downloaded but not yet applied the Service Pack, please discard and redownload corrected version as it becomes available. We are actively working on resolving the issue and will be providing an updated Service Pack as soon as possible.

For customers who have already applied SP4, we will be releasing an eFix in the upcoming days to rectify the issue.
