Important FAM Update: Upcoming Microsoft’s Exchange Online Cmdlet deprecation

Dear Customer,
We want to inform you that on September 15th 2024 Microsoft will be deprecating certain Exchange Online Admin Cmdlets that are being used by File Access Manager Exchange Online integration, and may have an impact on your current File Access Manager Activity Monitoring operations of Exchange Online. What is impacted?
The deprecation of these Cmdlets will ONLY affect the Activity Monitoring functionality of the File Access Manager Exchange Online integration. However, if not addressed, this could lead to disruptions in this specific functionality of File Access Manager for Exchange Online. What should you do?
Ignore this if you DO NOT use File Access Manager Activity Monitoring capabilities with Exchange Online.
Otherwise, to avoid impact to your service, SailPoint will be providing eFixes for the impacted versions of File Access Manager during the week of September 9th. We strongly recommend that you:

• Request the EXO eFix through your CSM, you might need to provide your current version of FAM
• Follow the instructions delivered with the eFix package to apply the eFix changes as soon as you have access to it.
