Some workflows may have failed to run successfully during the window between Oct 20, 2:00 AM CST and Oct 21, 9:00 PM CST due to the recent AWS outage. Follow the steps below to identify and address any failed executions. This guide walks through opening workflows, reviewing failure details, and taking corrective action as needed.
Steps
- Open Workflows in Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Repeat the following steps for each workflow marked as “Enabled” on this page and any subsequent pages.
- Click the workflow “Name” to open the overlay. Then, navigate to the “Executions” tab and select “Failed” from the “Status” dropdown.
- For each failed workflow execution between Oct 20, 2:00 AM CDT and Oct 21, 9:00 PM CDT, open the execution details and review the failure cause.
- Take appropriate remedial action by manually completing the failed step and also manually complete any subsequent steps in the workflow to maintain continuity.
