FAM Authorization site Downtime for AWS RDS Certificate Update

Dear FAM Customer,

We want to inform you of a brief planned downtime for our FAM Authorization site as we perform an AWS RDS Certificate update. This maintenance is needed to ensure both security and reliability of our FAM services.

What this means to you:
If you try to update or configure any Office 365 Connectors or Azure Identity Collectors during the expected downtime period (5 minutes), a 404 page/HTTP result (instead of the regular 200) will be returned when trying to get an Authorization Code. Once the maintenance window has been completed, Authorization site services will be back online.

Schedule:
The update will take place on August, 15th starting at 9:40 AM US CT. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
