Enhancement: Rich Text for Workflows Forms

Description

Within Workflows, the Form action sends an email prompting the recipient to complete a form. Until now, the fields included in this notification have primarily been limited to plain text.

This release adds a rich text editor so you can format those messages more like an email: bold, lists, emphasis, etc.

What You Need to Know

• Existing workflows keep working. Form steps you already use are not removed or broken.
• You will see a visual change in the admin UI for some existing Form messages.
