Enhancement: New Account Management UI

We are excited to announce a new Account Management UI. The new UI will enable admins to centrally manage accounts across multiple sources within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (Standard, Business and Business Plus) and IdentityNow. It will elevate accounts to a first-class object alongside roles, access profiles, and entitlements in the access navigation menu. It will allow admins to manage human and uncorrelated accounts across all sources with advanced filtering capabilities. Additionally, admins can correlate accounts to human identities. This new UI will help save customers significant time by eliminating the need to download, edit, and re-upload CSV files to clean up uncorrelated accounts.

Who will have access to this new UI?

All SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (Standard, Business and Business Plus) and IdentityNow customers.

When and where will this new UI be available and accessible?

The new Account Management UI is available now and is accessible in the Identity Security Cloud and IdentityNow interface. Navigate to “Admin” > “Identity Management” > “Accounts”
