Description

The Activity Insights Workflow Trigger decreases cognitive load on administrators and decreases manual decision-making by enabling them to receive notifications based on inactivity.

Enhancement Details

We have incorporated activity data into Workflow triggers, which enables automation based on predefined rules. This alignment simplifies the management process and makes decision-making easier. Users can configure the Trigger to fire based on days of continuous inactivity (CDI).

Note: You must have Activity Insights configured to get access to this workflow trigger.

Who is affected?

All Business Plus customers with Activity Insights configured in their environment.
