Enhancement: Access Profiles default to non-requestable

Now that Request Center allows access profiles to be requested independent of applications, customers have asked that we change our long-time default of setting newly created access profiles as requestable, to guard against the risk of access profiles being accidentally offered for requests before appropriate approval requirements are configured.

We heard the concern and listened! With this change, all new access profiles will default to being not requestable. Customer admins can enable requests for any access profile on its Access Requests tab, where they can also configure their desired approval requirements for those requests.

Note: This will apply only to new access profiles. Any access profiles created prior to this update will remain in the requestable state they are currently in.

Planned Release Dates Update

There was a slight miscommunication about this update's status, and the change has been delayed a week. It is now planned for:

• Sandbox for all customers: Week of July 1
• Production rollout: Week of July 8
