Deprecation: Data Explore

Data Explore is being deprecated at the end of 2024. Access Intelligence Center has replaced and enhanced this functionality. This post is a follow-up to direct communication sent in February 2024.
Who is affected?
Any customer that has Access Insights. This includes all Suites customers (Business or Business Plus) or ISC customers that purchased Access Insights as an add-on.
Note: IIQ AI customers will be contacted in a separate notification and do not have access to Access Intelligence Center.
Action Required
Plan a transition of Data Explore charts/reports into Access Intelligence Center.
Important Dates
- February 12, 2024. Direct customer communication via Marketo.
- February 19, 2024. Any customer who has not used Data Explore in the last 3 months may be turned off.
What is the solution?
Migrate to Access Intelligence Center.

- Submit an idea in the SailPoint Ideas Portal and/or schedule a call with PM
Can Data Explore charts be exported and imported into Access Intelligence Center?
- No, the charts must be rebuilt in Access Intelligence Center. There is not a direct migration.
