Compass: Identity Management > Activity UI Cutover

We are excited to announce that we have started moving administrative users to a more robust experience for those looking for Provisioning Activities (Admin > Identity Management > Activities).

This effort deprecates the old Activities UI experience and will automatically route you to a more modern, clearer, and user-friendly interface.

What are the benefits of the new experience?

• Search-based experience allows you to modify the results in real-time rather than navigating away.
• Related provisioning activities are grouped together in an Account Activity, making it easier to follow provisioning from start to finish.
• Easier to parse the attributes in the details of the activity.

Additionally, the default sorting of any user navigating to Account Activity in Search will be changed to Descending Last Modified date, to reflect a strong user preference and behavior.

Who is affected?

The new experience will be available to all SailPoint IDN and ISC customers. Org Admins, Report Admins, and Helpdesk users are authorized to use it.

Important Dates

The new Activities UI will be begin rollout to all customers, in all regions, starting April 18th, 2024 and ending April 23rd, 2024.
