Announcing AI Access Recommendations for Entitlements in IdentityIQ

As of October 15th, 2025, AI Access Recommendations for Entitlements has been enabled for IdentityIQ customers with an AI license.

The SailPoint team is excited to announce that on October 15th, 2025, AI Access Recommendations for Entitlements on self-service access requests and approvals will be available in all supported versions of IdentityIQ!

We have enhanced our AI Access Recommendations feature, originally released in IdentityIQ 8.2 for roles, to now include intelligent entitlement recommendations utilizing SailPoint's AI services.

This streamlined process will eliminate any guesswork by presenting role and entitlement recommendations up front, allowing users to confidently select all the access they need in a single request, along with drastically reducing the back-and-fourth communication needed between the requester and approver by displaying why these access items have been recommended.
