Announcement: Enablement of Profile Performance Improvements

Non-Employee Risk Management is pleased to announce that we are resuming the enablement of improved performance and UI for Profile tables in production tenants.

What are the changes to Profile tables?

Updates to the Profile table UI and performance (in Dashboard, Lifecycle, and Admin pages) were previously described in this announcement & FAQ:

• These updates were enabled in customer development/sandbox tenants back in April, and after a delay we are now ready to resume enabling them in customer production tenants.
• The updates outlined in the above post will now also apply to the Profile tables in Collaboration Portals.
• We will be enforcing a requirement that at least 2 characters be entered in Profile Search fields before suggested results are returned.

Are any additional improvements being enabled?

Yes, concurrent with the Profile table updates mentioned above, we will also be enabling:

• Improved performance and responsiveness for Profile Select dropdowns and Profile Search fields in forms.
• Improved load times when viewing and editing individual Profiles.

When will these updates be enabled in production tenants?

Enablement of these changes will begin on May 20, 2024.

These updates will be gradually enabled across Non-Employee Risk Management production tenants to allow for monitoring performance metrics and to ensure stability with production data.
