Access Intelligence Center Update

Problem

AIC is our BI (Business Intelligence) platform. Today, we have the capability to load large amounts of identity data in Identity Security Cloud and create visualizations (tables, charts, graphs, etc.) AIC is a great BI tool but was limited to reporting out on just Identity Security Cloud data.

Solution

We are expanding the scope of data that Access Intelligence Center can ingest to build more comprehensive visualizations and reports. This release expands data sources for reporting to SailPoint Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) and SailPoint Data Access Security (DAS). You can now gain visibility into what’s going on with CIEM and DAS and report on it, delivering rich data to auditors to ensure compliance and an effective identity security program. Reporting is a key element in proving the value of an identity security program. By delivering the capability to build visualizations around other data sources outside of Identity Security Cloud, we expand our scope to bring in other critical data streams to our reporting tools for more in-depth visibility.

Who is affected

Identity Security Cloud customers that own CIEM and DAS will benefit from this new capability.
